More Than Just a Job
At Cudlobe Angus, farming isn't a 9-to-5 job; it's a way of life. Hours vary depending on the season, weather, and demands of the operation. During busy times, long days and hard work are part of the experience, but we also value flexibility and downtime when the workload allows.
As part of our team, you'll be treated like family, working right alongside us, learning through hands-on experience and sharing in the daily challenges and rewards of farm life.
Our diverse operation provides a unique opportunity to experience multiple sides of agriculture, from producing quality Angus genetics and growing crops to marketing and selling premium beef directly to consumers.
Who We're Looking For
Our internship program is particularly suited to individuals aged 20–35 who have a genuine passion for agriculture, farming, cattle, or the beef industry. We welcome motivated applicants of other ages as well.
We're looking for hardworking people who are willing to learn, take initiative, and become part of our operation.
While we welcome international applicants and encourage them to experience Canadian culture during their stay, this is not a position intended simply to fund a vacation or travel adventure. Whether you're an agricultural student, recent graduate, or someone looking to broaden your practical experience, we offer an opportunity to learn from a progressive Canadian farming family while becoming part of the team.
