to Our Meat Shop

Our beef is all raised on our family farm in southern Alberta. All feed is grown by ourselves at the same location with the cattle being raised naturally using genetics to obtain the best beef possible. Antibiotics are only used when required for animal welfare and very well recorded to ensure human safety and are audited annually. No hormones are added.
